19 year-old Female with Abdominal Pain

Ms. Winters was initated on IV antibiotics. Non-contrast CT demonstrated a small right perinephric abscess. She underwent percutaneous drainage with subsequent improvement of her symptoms. She was transitioned to PO antibiotics and discharged several days later in stable condition.
