Conclusion:

Further investigation with chest x-ray shows right sided hilar enlargement consistent with a mediastinal mass.This mass is confirmed with CT scan, and PET scan shows avidity to fluorinated glucose (FDG avid). Biopsy with endobronchial ultrasound with transbronchial needle (EBUS with TBNA) reveals squamous cell carcinoma. You refer her oncology for further management.
